Hosting

This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. (Israel). As a processor, Wix handles technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested, browser) to deliver and secure the site; photos, videos and fonts are also served from Wix servers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Israel has an EU adequacy decision; any transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Only strictly necessary Wix session cookies (security). No analytics, advertising or tracking tools (§ 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021).

Email and phone

I use your details only to handle your enquiry or booking (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Email runs on Google Workspace (Google as processor, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Data is kept until the matter is closed; booking records for the statutory seven years.

YouTube

The short film loads from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) only after you click “Play film”. Google then receives your IP address, among other data, and may use cookies or local storage; data may be transferred to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, by email. Complaints to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
